Just like when you call your doctor the voice-recording immediately says "If this is an emergency please hang up and dial 911" the same applies for this service.  If you or your vehicle are in a dangerous or hazardous location please do not call me about this service.  Contact your emergency services like 911.  I do not do roadside assistance.  Services like AAA, towing, and Georgia 511 can help with that.  This service is for safe locations. For example, if you coasted into a parking lot, gas station, neighborhood or some other safe location I could work there.  Also we would need permission from the owner of the property for me to work on your vehicle.  If the street is busy then I will not offer any service for your vehicle.  Also I cannot guarantee that I will be available as I may be on another job when you require this service.  Also please be aware that I do not work with tires at all.

Breakdown assistance means that I come to your location and repair your car, and get you back up and running without needing a tow.  For more significant repairs I may recommend a tow.  I will try to discern as much as I can for decision making purposes over the phone before coming out to optimize both your any my time.

 

There are multiple potential benefits of this service.  Even in the event that I cannot repair the vehicle, the client now already knows what they are in for because I can usually diagnose the issue.  This could help with planning ahead beyond simply towing the vehicle away.
